I found this recipe for Avocado, Miso and Tahini on Toast and was immediately inspired to make it myself. I used my stick blender to combine the ingredients, and because I am trying to avoid processed flours, instead of spreading it on toast, I cut up some carrots, added a little wasabi for kick, and voila! A tasty dip was created.
I’m really loving the combination of the flavours, you do have to be really ready for that unique taste that tahini brings, but it is so creamy and full flavoured that it is super moreish. Also, I love the colour, it reminds me of green tea ice-cream.
